Getting married at a perimenopausal age and giving birth to a miracle pandemic baby can be daunting. After hearing a bone cracking sound from lifting up my baby I realised I needed help. This clinic helped me with my osteoporosis from dieting and aging. I used to have back pain from driving my luxury car but not anymore. Last thursday night i had a spasm of back muscle near the lower spine area, utterly in pain and cannot move. Booked an appointment online on Fri morning (swift process) and immediately got a slot at 3pm. Went for the treatment, Dr Sharvin has been very friendly and helpful, went with the Electro pads and immediately got a relief. Dr also suggested me to get muscle relief meds from the AA pharmacy opposite. After the session, the team has been following up closely on my recovery and even booked another slot to have final check ups.

All in all, the experience was delightful and effective. My back pain is gone 70% after the first treatment. This has surpassed my expectations.

After visiting the Chiro therapy somewhere else, my lower backpain came back again only 2 months after. Since this time I flew to Malaysia, I decided to search a Chiro Therapist. My friend made an appointment after receiving the communicative response from Spinefit.

Jason assisted me mostly and helped me to understand the cause of my lower backpain. He asked questions repeatedly as he would like to hear the consistency of my answer. Sometimes as a patient, you could be bias and could not differentiate whether it was a pain, ache, or only muscle tiredness.

Hena showed me the correct training and the reason why I need to do it regularly. Not just simply give me an instruction without an understanding.

I started with a numb and weak left hand (could be due to an old injury, overworked or playing on the phone too much).  I went to see my GP and he referred me to Spinefit. This is my first ever visit to a Chiro and physio.

Hannah the Physiotherapist and Jason the Chiropractor did a very good and detailed consultation. I went for a few visits and I'm pretty much 80 or 90% back to my normal self! I have been to 3 sessions to-date. Thank u so much doctors!

Came here with a lower back pain issue that kept recurring every once in awhile even though I had been to another physio center previously. I must say that Spinefit's team was way more thorough in their examination and diagnosis, and was so patient to explain things to me even in the first session. Thanks Spinefit for the great service - I've not had an incident of lower back pain ever since! Highly recommended!
